What does a Santa letter include?

The Santa letter includes personalized message from Santa. All of our letters will receive the official ink stamp from the desk of Santa and the envelope is embellished with festive stickers. In addition to those features our letters will also include an authentic postmark from the North Pole, (as long as your order is placed within our deadline listed below) a free gift, and free shipping.

I want to send a Letter from Santa Claus to several children in the same household. How can I make sure they don’t all receive the same one?

You can choose from our different stationary and letter templates to personalize each letter for each child in your home.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express all through Paypal.

After December 9th we will offer an express service at an additional charge.

Shipping

All letters will receive free shipping unless express shipping is requested by customer.

All orders received before December 8th will have the official North Pole, AK postmark. Any order received on or after December 8th will have a Stamped by Santa Holiday Stamp.

Baby’s First Christmas Letter will be mailed separately and WILL NOT have a North Pole postmark. It will have the Stamped by Santa Holiday Stamp. It will be mailed in a large envelope to insure framing quality.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Stamped by Santa will cancel/refund your order if a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed. If a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed Stamped by Santa will refund 100% of your order. If a cancellation notice is received after the letter has been mailed Stamped by Santa will not refund the order unless a mistake was made on our behalf. If Stamped by Santa makes a mistake on your letter we will refund 100% of your letter order upon receipt of a fax or copy of the letter. Please email all cancellations to contact@stampedbysanta.com.

International Orders

We do ship internationally but to receive a North Pole Postmark the order must be received before December 1st. All orders after December 1st will receive the Stamped by Santa Holiday Stamp. Orders received after December 8th cannot be guaranteed for international delivery.

When is the last possible day to order the letter in time?

The last cutoff day is December 17 but please try to order prior to this date to insure timely delivery.

Are your letters postmarked from the North Pole?

Yes! If the order is placed by December 8th for U.S. orders by December 1st for International orders. If not the letters will have a Stamped By Santa Holiday postmark.

Is shopping on stampedbysanta.com safe?

Yes. The payment for your order is handled by PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can order from our site.

How old does my child have to be to receive a stampedbysanta.com letter?

Your child can be any age.

Can I request to have more information added into my personalized letter from Santa?

You can customize the P.S. section of your letter for a special message to your child.
